Snow Day

Tomorrow is officially a day off for Mike and I. Why yes I would love a three day work week. I have chicken and dumplings in the crockpot and a pork roast to make tomorrow. Also, this is the first time in my whole life that I planned any sort of meal before I started making it. This is a milestone, people.

In honor of my excitement for a snow day (yes just like the excitement I felt as a small child) I took Alf outside and we snapped some photos. Not many of them turned out. He’s a fast little guy, but I got a few and I have to share.
