Grabbing my Camera

I walked into our living room the other day to find this precious scene.. I can’t wait to see the bond between these two grow even more.

I have started leaving my camera out in an effort to use it more often. This series of photos is a result of that. I don’t want to be the mom that always has the camera in her baby’s faces, but I want to document all seasons of life. It sits on the counter so that when I see a moment that won’t be ruined with a camera (like Mike’s nap pictured above) I have the opportunity to snap it.
